1. Separate campaign agreement

Account registration does not order advertising or accept a paid campaign. A campaign requires a separate written agreement identifying the advertiser, payer, authorized representative, creative material, audience, schedule, price, taxes, delivery basis and cancellation/refund terms.

The current Contact us advertising option is a request to discuss a campaign. No price, refund policy or guaranteed reach is established by this draft.

2. Responsibility and disclosure

Advertisers must have rights to their materials and substantiate factual claims. Sponsorship must be identified clearly. Do not misrepresent products, affiliations, professional qualifications or expected outcomes.

Targeting must comply with applicable privacy and advertising law. Do not use sensitive personal information or discriminatory criteria unlawfully. Operator review is not a certification that every claim is true.

3. Independence of ratings

Buying distribution must not buy membership verification, a favorable rating or removal of legitimate criticism. Publication ratings remain separate from the author's profile scores. Complaints about sponsored material should be assessed under the Community Rules and the applicable campaign agreement.

4. Before paid launch

Confirm the operator and billing details, supported markets, payment handling, cancellation/refund procedures, disclosure format and complaint route before accepting paid orders under these Terms.
