## Authority to represent the organization

When an active agreement is offered, the person registering a company account must separately confirm that they are an adult, authorized to represent the named organization, and permitted to submit its information and manage the account.

Registration is an application for review, not a guarantee of approval or a statement that CiThree has verified every claim. The representative must keep organization details accurate and prevent unauthorized account access.

## Membership checks

Before approving a request, reasonably verify the real applicant and their membership, match the unique User ID to the application, and collect only necessary evidence. Do not approve invented identities, sell approvals or condition verification on favorable ratings.

Investigations of false or careless approvals should consider evidence, individual responsibility and proportionality. This confirmation does not transfer every legal responsibility of the platform to the organization.
