# Community Rules Version: 2026-09-28-draft.1 Status: draft ## 1. Genuine participation Use your own account and accurate membership information. Do not impersonate people, fabricate organizations or approve applicants you have not reasonably checked. Verification must not be bought or traded. ## 2. Opinions and respectful disagreement You may hold and express unfavorable opinions. A low rating or disagreement is not, by itself, a rule violation. Distinguish opinions from factual accusations. Do not publish knowingly false factual allegations, threats, unlawful discriminatory abuse or another person's private information. C1–C3 represent perceptions within relationship circles; C4 concerns professional ability and work performance. Do not present a score as an official qualification, a medical judgment or proof of a person's moral worth. ## 3. No manipulation or coercion Do not demand a particular rating, require proof of how someone rated, trade rewards for ratings or organize deceptive campaigns. Do not retaliate for lawful complaints or use organizational authority to compel participation. Do not bypass quotas, cooldowns, blocks, audience controls or account restrictions. A block limits communication; it does not necessarily end rating eligibility under the existing relationship rules. ## 4. Content and safety Do not share unlawful content, sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats of violence, malicious files or stolen credentials. Respect intellectual property and confidentiality. Do not post private employment, health or identity documents about another person without a lawful basis. Use support and reporting tools honestly. CiThree is not an emergency service. Contact appropriate local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger. ## 5. Review and proportionate action Reports should describe conduct and available evidence. The proposed process is individual review, with proportionate warnings or restrictions and an opportunity to respond where appropriate. An organization's wrongdoing does not automatically establish every member's wrongdoing. Administrative deductions from reputation scores and self-service reversal of ratings are not presented as existing features. The final operator must publish a practical review/contact process before these draft rules become binding.
